Regulations of the object „Błękitny Kopań”

Starting your stay at Błękitny Kopań is equivalent to accepting the provisions of these regulations by the guest.
                                                                                                    § 1 INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS  
  1. The owner of the facility and party to the contract is Nowakowski Tarsalewski sp. j. with its registered office in Łódź, Piramowicza St. 15/19.
  1. The guest may conclude a hotel service agreement in writing or through the reservation system of the facility available on the website or through platform.
  1. The conditions of a reservation made directly or reservation made by electronic means and confirmed by the owner of the facility, in particular the period of the stay, the price and type of facility, become the conditions of a hotel service agreement upon conclusion of an agreement.
  1. Under the concluded hotel service agreement, the owner of the facility undertakes to provide hotel services in accordance with its standard, ensuring that the guest has access to the facility on terms specified in a reservation and regulations.
  1. By concluding a hotel service agreement, the guest undertakes to comply with provisions of regulations, reservation conditions and payment for services according to order conditions by themselves and persons reported during reservation.
  1. Only persons reported during reservation (maximum 8 people) can use the facility together with guests.
  1. Handing over keys to the facility and its receipt always takes place in presence of a facility manager or an authorized person.
                                                                                                                                                                                               § 2. CONDITIONS OF USING THE FACILITY   
  1. A hotel day lasting from 3:00 p.m. on arrival day until 11:00 a.m. on departure day applies on the facility premises.
  1. Upon arrival at the facility, the guest is obliged to:
    1. familiarise themselves with condition of the facility,
    2. immediately report any comments to facility, including technical condition of the facility or other comments regarding place of stay,
    3. sign registration card,
    4. pay for stay unless payment has been settled during reservation or the agreement was concluded through the platform.
  1. Upon check-in, the facility has the right to collect a deposit of PLN 500 per stay, which is given back to the guest on the day of departure in case of undamaged return of the facility.
  1. The owner of the facility is not responsible for any interruptions in water or electricity supply.
  1. The client has the right to resign from the stay at any time.
  1. In case of shortening the stay, regardless of the owner of the facility, payment for unused time is not refunded.
  1. Payment of the advance or payment for the entire stay before its commencement is made by traditional transfer or through platform. The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, Pastelowa St. 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.
  1. When leaving the facility, remember to turn off electrical devices and close doors and windows.
  1. Guests have access to free parking. The facility provides one parking space per cottage. The owner of the facility is not responsible for damage or theft of cars left in the parking lot.
  1. The guest is obliged to observe increased safety rules during grilling. Lighting a grill is possible only in a designated place for this purpose.
  1. It is forbidden to light a fire and use an open flame on the premises.
  1. The facilities are equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking inside the facility is strictly prohibited.
  1. It is forbidden to fry fish inside. In order to do this, you can use a gas grill equipped with an additional burner for frying available to all guests at the garden gazebo.
  1. The use of gas-powered or electricity-powered devices that are not part of the facility is prohibited due to the risk of fire, as well as bringing explosive and flammable materials to the facility.
  1. The guest is obliged to segregate waste in containers designated for this purpose and located on the premises.
  1. A fee of PLN 100 is charged for losing the key to the facility.
  1. Night silence applies from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
                                                                                                     §  3. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION   1.The administrator of personal data of the guests and other persons staying on the premises and around in the area covered by monitoring is Nowakowski Tarsalewski sp. j. with its registered office in Łódź, Piramowicza St. 15/19, NIP 7252296222, REGON 385208067, KRS 0000821987.
  1. The scope of personal data processed:
  • Name and surname
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Message content
  • Identity document number
  • Car registration number (in case of using the parking lot)
  • PESEL number.
  1. The administrator may process personal data in order to perform a hotel service agreement for purposes arising from legally justified interests pursued by the administrator, such as ensuring safety in the facility, handling complaints, pursuing any claims or defending against any mutual claims of guests, as well as contacting guests in case of unforeseen events.

                                                                                                   § 4. FINAL PROVISIONS  
  1. The regulations constitute an agreement between the parties in force from the moment of making a reservation.
  2. Cash and payment cards are accepted at the facility.
  3. The prices given do not include local tax, which is PLN 2 per person from the second day of stay. The price of the service provided is determined in the booking conditions.
  4. The owner of the facility may terminate the contract with immediate effect without refund in case of non-compliance with the regulations.
  5. The agreement does not include the method of transport, meals and organization of time during the stay.
  6. The client has the right to lodge a complaint – complaints should be submitted on the day of arrival or during the stay so that the facility can react immediately. Complaints should be reported on site, by phone or e-mail, and will be considered within 14 working days.
